1.Common Cotton Canvas Conveyer Belt
Application:Suitable for conveying small blocks, powdery materials in metallurgical, construction materials, electric, chemical, port and harbor industry such as wood saw, rice, crops, coal, cement and mineral materials. Not suitable for hot and oily materials convey, the working temperature is around-10ºC+40ºC
Type: Terylene cotton canvas belt; Full cotton canvas belt
Features: The common cotton canvas belt has the advantage of good flexibility, easy groove forming, and cheap.
2. Nylon Canvas Conveyor Belt
Application:Suitable for loose, relative big density type big, middle, and small mineral blocks, coal materials etc. convey, which has relatively big impact force and abrasion. Not suitable for hot and oily materials convey.
Features:Nylon is a good industrial fabric with excellent mechanical properties, good flexibility, high strength and fatigue resistance. Because of these properties, Nylon Canvas core conveyer belt has the following advantages:
1.High pulling strength. The pulling strength of nylon canvas core conveyer belt is 4times of cotton canvas belt.
2.Good impact resistance. Good impact energy absorption property due to its excellent elasticity.
3.Better water, acid, alkali resistance than cotton canvas belt.
4.Good groove forming property and flexibility, and good drum wheel suitability.
5.High bonding strength between laminates, avoid laminates separation.
6.Because less laminates than cotton canvas belt are needed, the unit length weight is decreased, the energy consumption is also decreased.
7.Long life span assures production continuity, as a result, production costs decreased.

3.Polyester Canvas Conveyor Belt

The polyester conveyor belt is also called EP conveyor belt. It’s framework material is the polyester canvas interwoven with meridian terylene and latitudinal polyamide fiber. It is characterized with excellent endurance, good water-resistance, no lowering of strength in humidity, mildew-proof, and high load of initial models. It is applicable to convey materials in medium and long distance, with high-load, and at high speed.
